The Non Nobis Protocol
TRAIN LIKE A WARRIOR. LIVE LIKE A PROTECTOR.
Non nobis, Domine — "Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but to Your name be the glory."
Abs Don't Win Fights.
No one cares how much you bench or what you look like in the mirror. Non Nobis is functional training for men and women who want to be able to handle themselves, and protect the people they love, if it ever comes to that.
You'll train like a fighter: boxing, shadowboxing, kickboxing and wrestling, built on strength, conditioning and real protective skills. You'll get stronger, more athletic and more durable along the way. But the mission is capability.
What You'll Train
Fight + Move — Striking, kickboxing, wrestling and footwork
Strength + Power — Carries, hammer and mace work, awkward loads
Endure — Sprints, rucks, crawls and work under fatigue
Protect — Dry-fire, vision training and responsible weapon handling
Aid — Tourniquet and first-response skills under stress
Think — Focus and decision-making when you're taxed
Last — Durability and longevity, so capability is something you keep
Built for Real Life
Training runs in 8–10 week cycles. Sessions are efficient, most of the work can be done on your own, and everything scales up with a partner. New to fighting? You'll learn from the ground up. Already train? Non Nobis builds the layers around your discipline.

Mind, Body and Spirit
Non Nobis is named for the motto of the Knights Templar, warrior monks who trained hard and fought for something bigger than themselves. The Non Nobis Protocol draws from the Skulking Way: the fast, adaptable, unconventional style of fighting that runs from the eastern woodland nations to the Rangers and Special Forces of today.
Pair it with Before First Light, the daily faith and discipline journal, to build your daily battle rhythm. Optional, but highly recommended.
Who's Leading It
I'm Jeremiah Wilber. I've been training and fighting since I was 10, and I served more than two decades in the military as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret, including time as an Army combatives instructor.
I'm 46. I'm not a 25-year-old influencer showing you kettlebell moves for abs. I've been there, done that, been rode hard and put up wet, and I'm still training like a warrior. Whatever your age, this is about staying athletic, functional and capable for as long as the people who count on you need you.
The Creed
I train my body so I can carry what others can't. I train my mind so fear doesn't make my decisions. My strength belongs to the people I protect. I govern myself before I lead anyone else. I do what's right when no one is watching.
We don't train to look capable. We train to be useful.
